6. Cancellation and Refunds
 

• Any course purchased but not started can be cancelled by contacting us within 3 days of the purchase.

• Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

• Refunds are not offered unless explicitly mentioned under specific course terms. If return is applicable , then customer can contact us in 3 days max to be eligible for refunds, 

• In case of technical issues, contact us within 7 days for resolution.

 

7. Shipping timelines

• The course purchased can be accessed immediately after payment, meanwhile our representative will contact You within 2 working days for schedule of your classes.

 

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your course access with others.

• Upload malicious software or content.

• Harass or abuse instructors or other learners.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination without refund.
